Glacier Point

Glacier Point is located on the south wall of Yosemite Valley at an elevation of 7,214 ft (2,199 m), 3,200 ft (975 m) above Curry Village. When you stand on the point and lean over the railing you can look straight down all 3,200ft. It's an amazing feeling.

Sunset at Glacier Point, I think that is a vertigo induced grimace on Kathy's face not a smile!

That little rock ledge sticking out in the background is famous for various 'daring' photos. If those two dancing ladies were to fall they would have 10 minutes to regret their little stunt before they hit the ground, still nice views on the way down!

This was the only day with clouds which made for an amazing sunset and an interesting moonlit drive down through winding mountain roads!
