Wonderous Wanaka

The lake could be frozen, it's a mirror. The sun rises, warming the air, a breath of wind plays across the lake. The dawn magic fades away with the morning dew.
We're camping on the shore of Lake Wanaka, it's magical. I go for a walk to catch a dawn photo but I'm not alone, just as I find the right spot a power boat pulling a wakeboarder crashes the serenity!
Oh well, it's a different sort of picture but it'll do.
We head out for a walk in west Wanaka, I found a track, overgrown and unused it promises that feeling of discovery, of solitude.
